The engineered reciprocating pas compressor package with skid mounted or foundation mounted as applicable for the various gases like N2, H2, CO2, O2 and other passes.
The reciprocating compressors offer:
- API 618 reciprocating compressors and standard compressors.
- The compressor configurations: Vertical, Horizontal and V-Type design.
- The compressor designed with oil-free or oil-Lubricated cylinders design.
- The compressor cylinder with water-cooled cylinders.
- The compressors are either skid mounted, or foundation mounted design.
The complete compressor package supplied with:
- Electric motor along with coupling. Electric motor shall be as per site installation hazardous area/ non-hazardous area.
- Air or water heat exchangers.
- Lube oil circuit: As per API6I4, API6I8 and standard lube oil console with oil pumps with motors, heat exchangers, duplex filter and all electrical and instrumentation works.
- Water cooling circuit: As per API6I8 and standa rd cooling water console with centrifugal pum ps with motors, heat exchangers, du plex filter and all electrical and instrumentation works.
- Instrumentation. The instruments shall be as per site installation hazardous area/ non-hazardous area.
- Electric panel.
- Filters and separators.
- Complete piping for process gas, Iube oil piping, cooling water piping and purge piping.
